As a clinician, I offer personalized, evidence-based treatment to individuals in Massachusetts and Vermont who are struggling with obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety and panic disorders, hoarding, compulsive hair-pulling and skin-picking, and a variety of other conditions.
My clients and I work together to identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns and develop more effective ways to respond to fears and unwanted behaviors, with the ultimate goal of leading happier, more-fulfilling lives.
I also provide DBT skills coaching to clients who have difficulty managing their overwhelming emotions. I integrate my background in various modalities to create individualized care plans that meet each client's unique needs.
Currently, I offer virtual appointments only.

ABOUT
EXPERIENCE
In my practice, I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help my clients learn more effective ways to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work in New York City. In addition to providing exposure therapy to adults and teens via an international telehealth platform, I have previously worked in private group practice settings in Wellesley, MA, and Amherst, MA, providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and adults. As a residential counselor at McLean Hospital’s renown 3East DBT Continuum, I ran groups and provided DBT skills-coaching to adolescents. I then spent 2 years providing psychotherapy to a culturally-diverse array of K-12 students within the New York City public school system.
In addition to private sessions, I take on both contractor and consultant roles at organizations that specialize in the treatment of obsessive compulsive disorder, trichotillomania (compulsive hair-pulling), excoriation (skin-picking disorder), and hoarding disorder. I also offer trainings to organizations that seek to gain a better understanding of OCD.
